In recent years, obesity has become a serious health problem, especially among developed countries in the west. Even after all the campaigns on healthy eating and regular exercise, the number of cases of obesity are still porastu.Problem with obesity is that it increases the risk of developing other serious diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, arthritis and hypertension. It's probably worse because at least a couch potato you get to watch TV.

In addition, the offices were usually found in the most unhealthy food choices, such as donuts, chips, biscuits and sugary cola drinks. It is very rare that you'll find vegetables and fruits in the office pantry.

If you do require you to sit in front of a computer for long periods of time, then at least do some stretching and occasionally try to stand once in awhile and walk around your office.
